Why buildings and boats? As a keen yachtsman with his Yachtmaster (offshore) credentials, William Avery has skippered wins at the annual property regatta and the Little Britain Challenge Cup and regularly competes in the annual Round the Island race in the Solent. This love of boats led him to take over the company to acquire a Maxi 1200 which is a high performance cruising sailing yacht of 40′ which is now available for charter.
